Who are you, and what do you do?

I'm Achal Khunteta, A Senior Technology Consultant at StatusNeo Technology Consulting Pvt. Ltd. I have 7+ years of experience in Software Development. My primary area of expertise is Backend technologies, mostly Python and related frameworks. I also have some exposure to frontend frameworks.My day to day responsibilities are to design algorithms and flowcharts to solve business use cases, Produce clean, efficient code based on requirements, Verify and deploy programs and systems. Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing code.I am based out of a small town Alwar which is situated in Rajasthan, India. Apart from my professional life if i talk about my personal life, i have a beautiful wife & a loving family. I am a fitness enthusiast, cricket nerd, traveller by heart and recently picked car detailing as a new hobby ( a weird one, i reckon).

What hardware(tools) and software do you use?

I use a 2020 13 inch Apple MacBook Pro, Space Grey(2.3 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7, 32 GB 3733 MHz LPDDR4X). This is used as my main machine and this is docked at my workstation connected to an external screen( Samsung 27inch Curved LED monitor).I also have a Space Grey 2021 Apple iPad pro 128GB with apple pencil. I use this to take notes and to read eBooks. I use my OnePlus Buds Z Truly wireless earphones to attend my day to day zoom meetings. Apart from this one i also use Sony Wireless earbuds sometimes. Recently bought a PS5 (honestly got as a b'day gift from wife) but not getting enough time to play some kickass games.I prefer an Android phone over an iPhone, i know it's a never ending debate of Android VS iPhone, but as a personal choice i prefer Android.

What would be your dream/dream setup?

I would like to have a Standing/Sitting adjustable desk with an adjustable back seat(upto 175 degree) gaming chair. This desk should be large enough to set an widescreen curved gaming monitor with a high refresh rate and a customised gaming CPU. Also there must be space to keep my PS5 and probably and 40-55inch OLED/QLED TV connected with it ;).This CPU will also get used as a primary machine for coding and as a secondary machine i would like an 15inch Apple MacBook Pro 2022 model.
