Who are you, and what do you do?

I am Aftab Alam, working as an Operations Manager at Cognizive Technospace Pvt Ltd for the past four years. I originally hail from Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. Prior to this, I worked as an advisor in an insurance company. However, my true passion lies in the education industry, which is why I made the transition. I typically use an iPhone and a Lenovo laptop for my work, where I primarily focus on CRM data

What would be your dream/dream setup?

My life goal is to leverage my capabilities to support organizational growth and mentor young professionals with my extensive industry expertise, helping them become better professionals. Through my experience, I've realized the importance of providing developing leaders with the correct guidance to enable them to deliver their best efforts.
