Who are you, and what do you do?

Hey there! I'm Fidan Rustamli, and my journey has been nothing short of exciting and fulfilling. It all began when I joined SUP VC, one of the largest startup acceleration centers in Azerbaijan. There, I organized various events like Techstars Startup Weekend, Startup Grind, and The Global Game Jam, fostering a community of young entrepreneurs and game-changers.

But my heart was drawn to the gaming sector, and I co-founded Gamepons to revolutionize the gaming landscape in our region. We organized two regional conferences, hosted 70+ gaming events, and even opened the Google Developer Group Games. It was a thrilling experience, and I later became the Regional Organizer for Central Asia at The Global Game Jam.

After two fantastic years with Gamepons, I embraced a new challenge and joined PolyDream Studio as a BD Manager, where I continued to contribute to the gaming industry.

In a remarkable turn of events, I was honored to be recognized and listed in the prestigious Forbes 30 Under 30 European list in the 'Most Impactful Community of Young Entrepreneurs and Game-Changers' category. It was an incredible achievement that further fueled my determination to make a positive impact in the world.

But I didn't stop there. My passion and drive led me to WePlay VC, where I now serve as the Coordinator & Partnership Manager. Being part of one of the most active gaming VCs allows me to make a more significant impact on the gaming world and support promising startups.

My journey so far has been a whirlwind of opportunities and growth. I'm grateful for every experience that has shaped me into who I am today - an entrepreneur, a gaming enthusiast, and a dream chaser. I believe that with perseverance and dedication, anyone can achieve their goals and leave their mark on the world. Here's to an exciting future full of endless possibilities!
