Who are you, and what do you do?

I am Isha Srivastava, Operations Manager at ParkCareer360, and I handle students' queries while maintaining positive relationships with every member of my team. I formulate strategies for the team and implement them to support my team in achieving their respective goals or targets. What hardware(tools) and software do you use?

Computers: Educational counselors rely on computers for various tasks, including research, communication with students, and data management.

Laptops and Mobile Devices: Portable devices allow counselors to work with students in different settings, such as schools, colleges, or community centers.

Printers: These are essential for creating and maintaining physical records and documents.

Whiteboards: These tools can be used for group presentations.

Headsets: Used for virtual counseling sessions and especially when distance counseling.

Software we use:

College and Scholarship Search Platforms software.

Video Conferencing Software: Tools like Zoom, Skype, or Microsoft Teams enable virtual counseling sessions, especially important during remote learning periods.

Microsoft Office software: Tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are commonly used for creating documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.

Email and Communication Tools: Email clients and messaging apps are essential for staying in touch with students and colleagues like WhatsApp, Telegram, and many more.

Educational Apps: Depending on the counselor's focus and helpful for students, we use apps like Collegedunia, Career360, Shiksha.com, and others.
