Who are you, and what do you do?

Hi! My name is Jenny and I'm in love with colors and everything beautiful! Also I'm a huge fan of analogue photography since 2010.

I've been doing photography for almost 15 years now. In the beginning I was makingreally odd still life pictures with eggs and matches and also loved making colorfulportraits with friends. Actually, I loved to experiment with styles and techniques fromthe very beginning. Then, when my interest in photography grew bigger, I went tophotography school, where the teacher showed me how to shoot with analoguecamera. And that’s how I became obsessed with analogue photography.

I shooted everything - from beautiful trees to some objects at home, but I lovedcreating unusual portrait ideas the most.

With my friends we did lots of creative photoshootings together (even painted a treein violet color once!).

Maybe you even saw one of my post popular pictures with hands holding the nightsky somewhere. In tumblr it gained more than 1000000 likes and reposts in total and for me it was a huge surprise for me!

Later, I studied photography at a more professional level at university andsuccessfully completed my degree with one of my most important projects in life.

I don’t stick to just one style - actually, I just love making pictures in my own way ofeverything I find beautiful and interesting.

What hardware(tools) and software do you use?

Digital pictures I shoot with the simplest Sony a7 series camera with a Sony 1.8 35mm lens and Sony 1.8 50mm lens. My film camera is Canon eos 5 with Helios 44-2 lens. I process photos in Photoshop, Lightroom and also sometimes Capture One.

What would be your dream/dream setup?

I am satisfied with what I have now. But I am curious to try the newest Sony a7 cameras and also would love to try to shoot with Mamiya analogue cameras.
