Who are you, and what do you do?

I am Mandhir Dhingra, and I am responsible for all things Delivery Management at StatusNeo. With touch close to 2 decades into Technology Consulting Services, I've lived a life of a technology leader for the initial 14 years of my career, mostly with global Airlines, Hotels, and Credit Card enterprises and made a huge impact on the way they currently operate at 'core'. For me, life has always been '0' and '1'. Wondering why? Well, interestingly I started my career journey as Assembly and C programmer where I used to solve problems by playing with bits and bytes.

Life has taken me places, thanks to the era pre-covid. I am a firm believer in learning the best from people around me. I have learnt a lot of peripheral skills, both tech and non-tech,along with delivery, thanks to my last 5+ years being a part of the super fast-paced organizations where I've enjoyed enough autonomy and made the best impact possible.

I believe in great team work and I am able to strike chords well with team members who carry a go-getter attitude.

I guess that's good enough about my work. On the personal front, I love listening to music, hanging out, and watchingcricket.

What hardware(tools) and software do you use?

Have been a Windows fan most of my life until I recently switched to MacBook.

For office work, I use a Silver MacBook Air 13.3 inches, 8GB RAM and 256 GB SSD, running on MacOS 13.1 along with an extended 28 inches HP M27FD FHD screen for ease. I love apple products for their ease of use and have an Apple iPhone 14 (256GB), an Apple Watch Series5 and an Apple Airpod PRO 2nd Gen.

I am a LinkedIn addict, though no less on Canva these days, thanks to the creators of both, these have made life much easier in most cases. For daily chores, nothing better than O365, this is just the lifeline.

What would be your dream/dream setup?

My dream setup at the office would include a room with ample sunlight and lord Ganesha's idol, a nice external green view with a beautiful skyline, an advanced set of large monitors, a nice music station by the side to relieve stress, a tiny green plant, some nice vibrant background behind my desk
