Who are you, and what do you do?

I am Manya Jain, a final year student at The NorthCap University pursuing Btech In computer Science and specialising in Data Science. As a budding data analyst, I delve into the fascinating world of numbers, unraveling hidden insights, and unlocking the power of information. However, my interests extend far beyond data analysis.When I'm not dissecting datasets, you'll often find me immersed in discussions about all things classical. Give me a good piece of classical music and I’m in my element. And when it comes to dance, I can’t resist the graceful movements and the way it allows me to express myself without words. Additionally, classical books serve as personal time capsules, reminding me of our collective journey and the wisdom of the past.

My love for reading knows no bounds. Books are my cherished companions that transport me to countless worlds, broaden my perspectives, and expand my intellectual horizons. Moreover, I have a strong passion for traveling, as it offers the opportunity to immerse myself in diverse cultures, discover new landscapes, and embrace unfamiliar perspectives. These experiences contribute to my personal growth and broaden my understanding of the world.

What hardware(tools) and software do you use?

My hardware setup mostly consists of my Macbook Air, my Iphone, my Wacom graphical pad, and my personal virtual assistant Alexa.

And coming to the list of softwares that i use, it mostly consists of Jupyter Notebook, Apple Notes and Books, Tableau, Colab, MySQL, Teams, Knime, Github, and Gmail

What would be your dream/dream setup?

I either love a life full of hustle or complete calmness. So my dream setup would be the perfect balance of the two. On one side, I want a sleek and modern setup with high-performance computer, equipped with dual monitor, a high-quality video conferencing setup, a digital whiteboard, a graphical pad along with speakers in the room. Adjacent to the high-tech workspace I want a cozy reading nook, complete with a comfortable armchair, soft lighting, and a bookshelf filled with a collection of my favourite books. Opposite to which i will have a polaroid wall. Followed by large windows that will fill the room with natural light providing a sense of openness and connection.
