Who are you, and what do you do?

My name is Ritika Raj, and I work with StatusNeo as a Senior Consultant. My educational background includes an MBA from Symbiosis International University.I essentially take clients' requests and incorporate them into our profile. I Analyze historical and present company data with the main objective of enhancing organizational decision-making processes.Transition from marketing to service and product design, strategic design for the entire Product.If you are curious to know about me I grew up in Gurgaon and studied in Pune and recently I am trying my hands at a few new technologies If I'm being completely honest, I do considerably more doomscrolling than is healthy (I'm working on improving this).

What hardware(tools) and software do you use?

I presently use a 2020 Apple Macbook Pro 13-inch and a One plus 7 for Zoom calls. I use a laptop stand and have a wireless keyboard and mouse. I frequently switch between my dining room table, couch, and bed, so the flexible configuration works for me. Slack is a tool I use to communicate with other businesses and at work. Confluence serves as the museum's knowledge base, and GitHub serves as our code repository. I also occasionally use MURAL, a more aesthetic but less user-friendly and collaborative version of this, as well as Gmail for business purposes.

What would be your dream/dream setup?

Wall-mounted shelves for stationery, headphones, plants, and other office supplies. It would be fantastic to have a whiteboard area with post-it notes, a wall calendar, and space for doodling. Adding some Air Pods to the list and the most recent MacBook Pro would be excellent.
