Who are you, and what do you do?

My name is Vanessa Escher i'm a Photographer and Designer in Brazil. I live in Santarém and i photographe my culture, people and some animals in the Amazon Rain Forest, post everything in my insta and my behance ! I work as a content desiger and freelancer, i'm also an artist and love to paint and draw people, that's why i started at photography actually. My most recent project was photographing a Jaguar and other species in an enviromental preservation area in my city. I published 2 photoshots in 2 international magazines Vous and Vigour and currently working on a musicvideo for a indie band from my city! I mostly post my work on instagram and behance , rarely use my linkedin but here's the link !

What hardware(tools) and software do you use?

I use a Acer gaming computer with an extra Monitor to edit my photos, create my designs and edit videos. For details and creating a few things i use an draft/drawing table. Work a lot with some Adobe programs, mostly Photoshop Lightroom and Premiere Pro.

I usually take my photos on my Canon M50 (really love this camera!) and switch between 2 lenses, a 50mm and a 15-45mm, but sometimes i borrow lenses from my friends for certain types of photography. I own a Youngnuo flash and use it sometimes (i prefer natural light) and a led lightstick that helps with some effects specially at videos.

What would be your dream/dream setup?

My dream setup would be a Macbook Pro (in Brazil is really expensive) or a really good desktop setup, a Sony A7iii or Canon R10 with long sitance lenses like a 70-200mm, or a 200-400mm! I currently use my room as my 'office' so i would like to move somewhere with space to do a small studio with space to use it as my office too.
