Who are you, and what do you do?

Hello, my name is Tanmay. I am from Gurugram City, India. I am a college student and I just finished my third year of Doctor in Pharmacy(Pharm.D). My degree is more towards the clinical and research studies as we have hospital ward round and duties. I am more considerate about health awareness programs and other drug related conferences.

My interests are different from what I do. Pharmaceutical industries are of my interest, more than that I have a lot of interest in basketball and sports statistics. Although is very difficult in my situation but I am looking forward to work in a scouting team in big professional leagues like Euro league basketball. But my dreams and goals are different, for now I am preparing for UPSC Drug Inspector exam and I attend my hospital duties regularly.

What hardware(tools) and software do you use?

I use a very old laptop which is the Dell Inspiron Second generation which consist of an intel i2 chip whose battery only lasts for 30 minutes, it consists of an SRS sound system which stopped working two years ago. Although it’s a drag handling this thing but it’s still functional. I use the pharma medics and Xpharma software for calculating drug interactions and ADRs of the medication given to the patient.

What would be your dream/dream setup?

I belong from a middle-class family and my parents have worked their blood, sweat, tears to provide me all the resources that they could, and my only dream is to make them proud someday. I know it is easier said than done but I will give it all while trusting the process.
